  1. You wanna pin the loss, how bout Rentaf***. I'm so glad we gave him $10 million to again not get a hit when we need it. I hope you guys still back him I really do, cause he definately deserves your support. Yes, Graf shoulda had the grounder, the HR shoulda never happened, etc., but at least Graf made an attempt to make up for it, busting his balls (sorry ladies) to stretch a single into a double. THANK YOU EDGAR. GLAD WE HAVE YOU AND NOT OCAB.
  2. as much as i want to u can't blame Millar on that one. as a baserunner you're supposed to run if the ball is hit left of you when you're on second. 999/1000 the second baseman will just go to first. granted millar is about as fast as a 1925 Ford Model T, but there's not much you can do. at least he got a frickin hit.
  3. shucks, he's hurt, take him out. bring in Arroyo
  4. i hope manny doesn't have a playoff like he did last year (before the WS). cause we're gonna need his bat. how's renteria doing?
  5. out of curiosity. Millar's 6/14 career against Contreras, were most of those hits during that one two week span last season where he actually looked like a baseball player, cause if they were, there's no reason he should be playin today.
  6. hey, schillingoutthedumbcomments, i was refferring to Arroyo STARTING, not coming in for relief. He should've started today and Clement tomorrow. moron.
  7. well, maybe Millar will have a better playoff, can't be worse than his season
  8. So this i why the Cubs didn't want Clement. Another piss poor managerial decision by Francona. Instead of giving Arroyo his due start, a guy who though he has been struggling can handle the pressure of the playoffs, Tito pitches a guy who has been struggling, but the knock on him is that he chokes come crunch time. He certainly proved that down the stretch and he's proving it now. Hopefully the bats get going because we got some catching up to do. However, I hop Tek can help calm Clement down, and I don't think we'll see an inning that bad again (at least I hope not).
  9. How bout Rent for dishonorable mention. He would've been better off swinging with a hockey stick.
  10. nice, white sox take lead
  11. not the split screen again
  12. alrite, yank wake, he ain't got it today
  13. nice, damon's at least workin the count
  14. Graffanino is awesome, what a great addition. Good work Theo.
  15. feckin renteria maybe if he swung at one of the two pitches RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE he could've done something glad he got 5 digits for that AB
  16. haha, listen to that crowd
  17. haha, there's embree, prob gonna come on if nixon gets up
  18. I think Arroyo's warming up cuz he won't make his next start, so they figure they may as well use him in the pen.
  19. Seriously, can we not play Renteria anymore, he's awful.
