  1. When do you think the ETA of all these prospects are? My predicitons 1. Hanley Ramirez, ss 2006 2. Brandon Moss, of 2007 3. Jon Papelbon, rhp 2006 4. Jon Lester, lhp 2007 5. Anibal Sanchez, rhp 2008 6. Dustin Pedroia, ss 2006 7. Luis Soto, ss 2008 8. Kelly Shoppach, c mid 2005 9. Abe Alvarez, lhp late 2005 10. Manny Delcarmen, rhp 2007
  2. When is this guy going to be ready? I think '06 doesn't sound that crazy.
  3. Out of the playoffs maybe Gruden gets fired , hopefully Simms will play on Sunday.
  4. If Johnson goes anywhere it will be the White Sox or Cardinals, their deals are better then the Yankees any how.
  5. If ain't broke, don't fix it. Oh, and BTW, Francona outmanged Torre, so he isn't the worst manager in baseball.
  6. I'm just thinking where do we put him? With the rotation looking like this in '06. 1. Schilling 2. Pedro 3. Arroyo 4. Papelbon 5. Alvarez
  7. LET'S BRING NOMAR BACK FOR A YEAR!!! No, seriously I think we should look at the following SS 1. Vizquel 2. Caberra (offer arb) 3. Larkin 4. Guzman 5. Lugo 6. Clayton
  8. While Sanchez is still getting skull f***ed, Hanley does some skull f***ing of his own, hitting .289 with 4 HR's in the Domincian League.
  9. Vizquel's going to sign with the White Sox Larkin can't play everyday, is limited defensivly and is old, most likely signs with the Washington franchise.
  10. Caberra wants 8 million per year for 4 years. Why should we give him that, espically with Ramirez on the way up.
  11. I think either Omar Vizquel, because he is a favorite of Ozzie Guillen, or Eric Miltion to the Yankees. Oh yea a side note, what SS do we sign?
  12. Wasn't he leading the ML in HR's before he got hurt? I'd love to see Glaus at Fenway, but if were going to spend 8-10 million on Glaus, I'd rather see us spend that money on Beltre instead.
  13. Vartiek probably will take control of the negotiations, I think Boras is overrating the whole public outcry he thinks he'll get if we don't sign Vartiek. He must think all fans are like yankeehater. It seems the public overwhelmingly sides with Epstein
  14. I used to have tickets to the Sarasota Red Sox, they really sucked until this year. I watched Charlie Zink pitch a few times (the knuckeballer) and I also watched Manny Declarman pitch, this f***er can throw gas.
  15. Why not Millar, I'm just curious? Didn't Millar hit .296 with 15 HR's after the allstar break. Millar is vital for team chemistry, everyone in the clubhouse loves him. He has a high on base percentage, and when he's hot he's really raking.
  16. No way, it would really slow down the game
  17. Let's see what RSN thinks
  18. Scott Boras won't budge from that 5 year 50 million dollar contract. So I think we better be prepared to say goodbye to Vartiek. Unless he dumps his sorry ass agent, and signs his own contract.
  19. I think mlb.com has one, I'm not sure though.
  20. Congrats Roger, now you can retire on top.
  21. Every time I saw him, he'd either A make and error, or B strike out.
  22. Anibel Sanchez is getting absoulety skull f***ed in the Dominican League. Maybe Zenny can do a full preview for us? 0-3 7.82 ERA in 4 starts.
  23. Prior sucks, and so do the Cubs. The most cursed team in baseball!
  24. http://www.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/news/wra...p2003&fext=.jsp here's the article about the one hitter.
  25. same Billy Traber who one hit the Yankees in 2003!
