    Who cares, he sucks. I hope he comes back. He'll get bombed so badly, that they'll have to throw him in the psych ward, when he starts seeing David Ortiz in his mind. You really expect a rookie, who isn't a strikeout pitcher, and just had shoulder surgery, to come back and actually pitch well? Man, and I thought Enron was a good choice for something to rebound.

    I felt like bumping this thread, in case any Yankee fans want to start agreeing with my new motion. Robinson Cano, sucks. So does Wang, but I won't throw any serious facts out, until someone tries to defend that Cano and Wang are perennial all-stars. As for me changing my name, first off I don't want to, it's been that way since May of last year. I'm sorry I'm not one of your faggot friends, who change their screen name every five minutes.     I'm anaylzing the deal for both sides. It's weird that the Mets would give up a pitcher, who is better than Victor Zambrano AND Tom Glavine for just Kevin Millar. This deal won't happen, Minaya isn't that dumb.

    He would be giving New York the finger had he spurned any offer he recieved from the Yankees. The fact of the matter is, is that Boomer wasn't wanted in New York, which probably hurt him, more than the personal attacks. Boomer is just being Boomer. When you attack him, he'll always fire back, it's just who he is.

    Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Bellhorn strikes out way too many times to be a bench player, and he doesn't play good defense. At least Escolona can play at more than one place.

    I think Minaya needs to wipe the cocaine off his nose. Millar isn't a good 1st basemen, at all. Mike Jacobs has one of the prettiest swings in all of baseball, and they'd be better off putting him in at 1st.

    If he's still has an OBP of over .600 than I believe his teammates wouldn't care. I seriously doubt, that Bonds*, will ever play again, but if he's still a domiant player, why wouldn't a team take a chance on him?

    That's a very ignorant statement. If Bonds hits out 45 HR's, and draws 150 walks, the Angels would welcome him with open arms. They could work a deal out, probably with Kelvin Escobar, Steve Finely and prospects headed to the Giants, with Bonds going the other way.

    Cashman had nothing to do with the forfeit. It had everything to do with George Steinbrenner, he wanted the forfeit.

    That word "if" cost a lot of GM's their jobs. Millar should have gotten hot by September, he didn't, and doesn't deserve to play every day.

    No, he shouldnt. He should only play every 3rd day when Olerud isn't playing. Actually, I would make sense to try to trade Petagine. Youkilis should be up here, the Red Sox don't need two left-handed 1st basemen.

    You make a pretty good point about Petagine. He has hit better overall, but I'd rather see Millar than a career journeyman. I think Petagine could be a good option, maybe at Yankee Stadium, but his HR's he was mashing in McCoy Stadium would just be long fly balls in Fenway.
