  1. Why not? He's not a Red Sox anymore, he's open game. He's not good, plain and simple. It's critical, but true. That's a reach, the Red Sox are two years removed from Pedro's departure. They made the postseason without him, and even with him, they wouldn't have made it this year.
  2. 2006 Pedro NOT = to 2004 Pedro, let alone 1999 Pedro. He's done, I hate to see him falter, but he'd done.
  3. Some guy who's making $30-$40,000 dollars a year who pays $140 dollars for a ticket wants to pick up a few grand for catching a baseball is a dirtbag?

  6. Great opening start to the reopening of the Superdome. Not Greenday, but the rendition of "When the Saints of Marching In" with the Saints coming out was awesome.
  7. I won't shop at CITGO or 7-11, but taking down a sign won't hurt Chavez.
  8. That's a jab.
  9. Westbrook was playing the 49ers, and was already ready to go. It takes a little bit of research to check that. He also had that same injury last week, and scored 20 points. Weak. It took me about five seconds to read on the NFL.com webpage that Westbrook was in. Also, FOX NFL Sunday stated the same thing. Besides, you're telling me I have no life because I was watching football on a Sunday afternoon? Did you watch any of the games? If you did, then by your own definition of having a life, you have none either.
  10. He wasn't terrible back in 2000. Though to be honest, Shaun King was one of my favorite QB's. He was the first football jersey I ever owned. I still remember that play he made against the Rams on Monday night football. Dunn gets stuffed in the backfield, laterals to King, and he runs for a first down on fourth and 10. Bucs end up winning 38-35. The best coach in franchise history was also watching from the sidelines as well. Oh, the good times. It would be nice to bring back some nostalgia, but it in all reality, I see Gradkowski getting all the starts.
  11. Gradkowski, then Brady Quinn.
  12. Chris Simms taken to a hospital with a ruptured spleen. Should miss a long time.
  13. I'll bet the point differential from Taylor to Alexander isn't a big of a dropoff between Westbrook and the other running back. By the way, Westbrook was declared ready to play at 12:00 PM EST.
  14. Gruden needs to choke and die.
  15. This sums up this thread.
