Yup. They are only proving that they arent true fans. It's pathetic to think about really. Reading these threads that pop up, its a complete and utter joke.
I must agree with John on this one. There may be some coincidences, yes, and a 220 million dollar payroll is never beneficial to any team, but there really is no curse of A-Rod. It's not like he's ever run a good team into the ground.
I feel as if we'll hit Morris hard. Schilling will definitely work off of the energy of the Fenway crowd. I really can't see him pitching anything but a good game today. It should be fun to watch.
And was it just me or did it seem like the crowd was kind of subdued? I expected constant shouting and ovations and cheering, no matter what the situation. I mean, its the world series.....
Wow, not too much action in this thread tonight. It was a crazy game, but what was really amazing was the fact that, despite their 9 runs, St Louis never once had the lead. And Manny finally started hitting, but stopped catching.
