Some people just have the "gay beard" its common among gay males to have a certain beard style. For example, Pedroia is straight, you can tell by the beard. But Mitch has the "gay beard". Again, I don't care if he's gay, but I think this could be causing locker room friction and its not what a struggling team needs.
