How many times has a team sandwiched a WS championship between two last place seasons?

 

Its very rare which makes it very dissapointing.A miserable season to forget!

Yes he does. I hope that he can polish if fielding skills. Everything else looks pretty good so far.

 

I don't think that he will morph into an OBP guy just because he is now on the Sox. He is what he is at 29. As long as he brings the power and the threat of power behind Ortiz I'll be satisfied.

I am not talking about the championship! You are allowed to suck but you hardly see a team go from championship to last place.The last time that happened was the 97 marlins.
