I think that the umps mishandled that entire situation. They tried to get ahead of the situation and maintain control of the game and they just did the opposite by not giving price the boot.

To be fair, elite pitching squashes elite batting ( 2013 alcs for a recent example). And since this offense is far from good, one run through 4 plus innings is not terrible.
