No offense meant goof ball. I didn't realize the DR was consider a Third World Country. The people I know who have traveled there say it's awesome.

 

I couldn't imagine where the hell 700 was with limited internet access. Didn't think about a cruise and/or didn't realize the lack of internet they'd have. Cause I thought that when Al Gore invented it everyone in the world would have access with no limits. HA HA!
