Our farm system has reloaded. Barnes and Bradley are a little low IMO.

You missed Henry Owens at the bottom.

From a Yankee perspective, this is fair, although the drop in Banuelos is mostly due to his injury, which isnt really all that good a reason. He's still young.

Thanks, didn't see him.

This can't be right. The farm doesn't have anything to offer and is another example of the wreckage left by that baffoon Epstein.

Xander is one of those prospects who could help land a truly elite arm. No way they should move him for 3 months of Hamels.

I really don't want to move him for anyone. Hanley 2.0. And if he can stick at SS, amazing.

The head guy who runs pinstripesplus.com just took over the red sox side. He thinks Bogaerts has the hands and the quicks to stick at shortstop short term, but will eventually outgrow the position and will be at a corner IF spot by the time he fills out. You're probably looking at a guy who can stay at SS until his late 20s

The A-Rod, Ripken and Hanley path? When that happens, the guy has usually developed massive power by his mid-to-late 20's. Let's hope that's what happens with Bogaerts.

WMB at 3B

Bogaerts/Iglesias at SS

Pedroia at 2B

Gonzalez at 1B

Would certainly help the infield if he could stay at SS. Love the look of it.

He's got prime time power projection and above average power right now. I think he ends up being a 30HR guy in the bigs. His biggest detraction is going to be if he can hit for average and take a walk. The patience has improved tremendously, but the contact is still hit or miss and the K's are too high. I would put him more in Miguel Tejada's class. A guy who will consistently be a power threat, walk enough to get the OBP up and have a few seasons where the average can creep to the .300 range. He's a middle of the order bat for sure.
