Cuban defector, OF, was initially supposed to sign for $15 mil or so. Exposed a little in the winter leagues as a poor defender. Advanced bat, poor defense, sounds EXACTLY what we need due to our dearth of offense out of our DH spot. Hopefully he'll be big league ready by July or so, because we need some hitters badly

Not sure bout that. We do have swisher in rf, so defense obviously isn't a priority there
