LOL. yep agreed. when Montero came up he was portrayed as the kid who reinvented baseball and now after the trade he is grade C catcher..

Imagine us moving Lavarnway i would kill Cherrington if he even thinks about it..

Kapsis apparently needs work on reading comprehension. Nobody ever portrayed him as a good defensive catcher. He had stepped up his game last yr to below average from absolutely abysmal. There were some who thought he could make the leap to being an average defensive catcher. His bread and butter is his bat, which I would say is generational for this franchise. Once every 10-20 yrs will this franchise develop a bat of his caliber. I honestly think he will be a Miguel Cabrera type hitter, regularly clubbing 30HRs, 100RBI and hitting over .300.
