Spears is quite the stick coming off the bench. He's a big addition to this team. He plays 3 or 4 positions mediocre and he can't hit .200. He makes up for that with his average speed and below average throwing arm.

Problem is, its gotta be good enough to be a #3, and so far he has done that ONCE for a full year in his career. He has to get A LOT better. Not sure if he can do that.
