I stand corrected... 600 more ab's for Griffey, but those can be explained as laughable given his injuries towards the end of his career..... I stand by having a gold glove hitting machine in center field than a defensive liability hitting machine at ss/3b

You're from Gurnee? I went to your mall about a month ago' date=' that s*** is crazy. It's just random stores and your mall cops... wow I wanted to push them off their segways haha.[/quote']

Home runs have been the undoing of the rotation top guys in general and once again these are moon shots...just epic home runs, helped by the breeze today no doubt but Nova has not exactly suffered.

I was getting a little excited that AGon, Ortiz and Youk were finally going to bat in the same inning. I was starting to think we could tie it up, but Buch had to give up another dinger. What an awful performance. What does it take for Bobby V to realize that he didn't have it today? Five HRs? This new pitching coach McClure is doing wonders.

Do you like whining?

No, just hanging in and not jumping ship when some adversity rolls down the river. You know? I actually wait past the first few weeks of April to skewer the team I love. I'm patient and we're not the f***ing Padres, we have a chance every year or thereabouts.

I'm willing to bet gritty got to 630 hrs faster than aroid....Griffey meant more to baseball than any other player in our generation...... And what are the chances you'd be on aroids nuts if he WASN'T a Yankee???

Pretty sure you're wrong, I know for a fact A-Rod was the youngest player to reach 600 HR's.

defensive liability? ARod was a pretty good SS and adjusted well to 3B... I love Griffey, but if I had to pick one of their careers, I'd have to go with ARod. He was just more well rounded. Griffey being the better power hitter though.

Anything with F in it has been a disaster for Buch today, FA, FC, no matter, they have all sucked...the cutter may well have been the worse so far I have to agree. However the first couple were off the FA.

However, I have seen enough baseball to know the difference.

Aroids errors ONLY went down because he moved to 3b..... His SS fielding was atrocious

Bumholtz has had exactly ONE good complete season. He was one of many many question marks coming into this year. So far just about all the question marks have not come through. We have the talent to play better than we are playing now.....barely.

SS is the hardest position to play in baseball aside from catching, Griffey would've been worse at SS than A-Rod.
