I dont think so he was locked in al spring so i don't think that is the answer. I do feel

1 inning that was the issue but another inning it was 6-7mph difference.. wierd something is definitely not right with his thumb..

I can't believe you can pitch that deep without getting strikeouts, and not get seriously burned.

It's much more important that Beckett is getting quick outs instead of strikeouts. We need him to get deep into this game so we don't have to see pigs like Albers blowing the game up.
