It was 1986 and my dad had gone to Boston for work and it was during the ALCS. When he came home he had picked up my brother and I a ton of Sox swag. I was 8 and from that point forward my roots as a baseball fan had been planted. Used to be TWIB and the rare national broadcast were the only way I got to see the Sox play...thank God for technology.

 

The bandwagon has got thinner and less people want to talk sox around here...I need the conversation and this looks like the place to get it.

 

With all that said...hello everybody and GO SOX!

Nothing better than kicking back and watching a sox gm....during a gm we'll love and hate them every other inning, we'll curse upper management for being idiots, who ever recorded the last out is our least favorite player until the next guy k's, we hate our starters, loathe our bullpen...... But after the game is over, win or lose, I love my sox and wouldn't trade them for anything in the world
