5 criminal charges against him. He's already on the 60 day DL. Not sure if this will lead to a release

Void the contract if they can. This ******* was always trouble for start.

I'm beginning to wonder if Jenks and Chamberlain are brothers. Bunch of fat drunk hicks

Apparently playing in the MLB is a free pass to get drunk and drive around. I don't get it, these idiots have money, why not f***ing pay someone to drive your drunk ass around?

I mean partying is one thing, but what is this guy partying for? I guess getting paid by the Sox and not having to do s***? I didn't realize that celebrating failure was a good idea.

At least his fat ass didn't kill someone.

No.

Jenks likes beer.

Joba's family is more of a crystal meth type.

People who drink and drive need to be punished way more harshly than they are currently. Not to mention the fact that celebs get away with fines and slaps on the wrist for the most part.

f*** people who drink and drive.

You'd think he would of learned his lesson about drinking from the Red Sox last September. But seriouslt drinking and driving isn't cool at all. Punishment should be higher than it is for that kind of thing.

For 'normal' people isn't it a felony now? I thought it was a mandatory revocation of your license. At least it is in some states, I think.

They should release him into a pool of vinegar filled with piranha.

Um, you know, piranha specially bred and genetically engineered to survive in vinegar. Uh..yeah, also, something with fire.

As long as the piranha are attracted to injuries, then it should work.

I don't know though, I can't really see Jenks tasting that good, even to a flesh eating fish that devours practically anything.

More like Lysol, right out of the aerosol can.

I posted this elsewhere, but it is more relevant here:

Anyone know if there are any clauses in his contract that could nullify this year of the contract? I tried digging it up, but there isn't much history there. Apparently most contracts have felony clauses -- he had 5 misdemeanors-- and include this following clause:

A contract can be voided if a player "shall fail, refuse, or neglect to conform his personal conduct to the standards of good citizenship and good sportsmanship or keep himself in first-class physical condition".

They might as well give it a shot, he aint playing this year anyway.

I want to emphasize this one. Bobby Jenks, you are a fat f***.

No. It depends on what state you live.

Massachusetts has a couple different classifications of drinking and driving.

DUI, DWI and OUI.

Its a misdemeanor in Massachusetts unless while you are intoxicated commit a felony. If you injure someone while under the influence or commit property damage or have any other type of substance the scale changes in favor of felony charges. Not positive, but if you BAC is above a certain percentage, it also changes the clarification of the charges.

In New Hampshire however, DUI/DWI/OUI are all felony crimes within themselves. The fact that you are impaired makes it a felony.

Every state has different laws regarding DUI/DWI/OUI.

NESN was showing some tape of Jenks in standard spring training pitcher outfit throwing the ball. I cannot imagine that was tape of him after he supposedly lost all that weight from his surgical issues. God what a cow! Jesus, I don't know how tall he is but if he is anything like 6' he must have been about 300 lbs in that tape.
