CC is arguably the most reliable pitcher in baseball. The last season he pitched fewer than 230 innings was 2006, and the last season he had an ERA over 3.30's was 2005. He's 31 years old, has tons of playoff experience, and is playing in the toughest market in baseball. With the exception of Halladay, is there anyone else in the discussion for best pitcher in the majors over the last ten years?

 

I would not have been surprised to see Boston, Washington and Chicago all bidding for his services.
