He's one of the best offensive Sox players that have seen in 45 years.

FWIW, I was never part of the mob that wanted him out the past few years. Even when he sucked, he was still better than most DH's.

The next game that we get a big lead after 4 innings take out the starter and let Wake pitch 1 or 2 innings to qualify for the scavenger win. After he gets it, bury his ass in the bullpen and onlyuse him in garbage time.
