WTF is lacking doing back out there? Tito pulls Lester at 93 pitches when he is dominating but put lackey back out with ~90 pitches when he's throwing BP and has given up 6 runs the last 2 innings? Seriously, f*** Tito. A coma patient would make better on-field decisions.
