The Angles have been a whipping post of sorts for us in the past. After a rocky april to start last season, we swept them in 4 games in early may, including a 17-8 win in the first one and seemed to find a groove after that. Hopefully the same thing can happen here. I can think of few better outlets for our frustration than Mike Scioscia

 

I think we're starting to see how scary these boys can be when things start to click.

With tomorrow being an off day anyway, it makes little sense to give Lowrie a day off. Drew, with his fairly frequent nagging injuries that keep him out of games, I can understand. Lowrie? Not so much. Especially when they are putting Cameron in vs. a RHP. Yeah, they won the 1st 3 of a 4 game series, so I'm sure Francona is thinking "long haul, the series is won", getting his bench a chance to stay fresh, etc.....but with the start they had and the way they are streaking now, I'd prefer they step on the throat here.

 

They hit a stretch of 40 games in 41 days starting Tuesday. Days off will need to occur during that period. Win today.
