The Yankees really liked Aroldis Chapman. A Florida lawsuit against the left-hander's representatives claims that the Yankees made an “offer to Chapman valued at more than $54MM," according to Melissa Segura of SI.com

Yeah that's it. Yankees isn't suing him. He had a agent that went through the trouble to get him onto US soil then he changed agency and his former agent wants Chapman to refund the expenses owed and other damages. Very shady of Chapman to pull such.
