Well Today started off with a one-hitter against the BC Eagles now up 7-2 against Northeastern in the bottom of the six. Tomorrow is the MLB talent they will see. Cameron+Ells+Lowrie= 5 Ab 0-5 One Walk and 2 LOB.

Now 10-2 with an RBI single from Iglesias. Funny thing is we only have 4 hits.

13-2 Iglesias is 2-3 on base all three times and has 3 RBI and scored twice.

We had only 6 in game one.

We unloaded on them in the 6th inning haha and the Huskies have 7 errors.

True but was not impressed that they couldnt hit the whole game in either games. Did get a lot of walks though. So it w/e. We will see tomorrow and Monday.

Pete Abraham of Boston.com is reporting that tomorrow, Drew, Ells, and Craw will all be playing, along with Pedroia, but I would be surprised if Youk plays a 3rd straight game.

Oki comes in and gives up three singles in a row.

EDIT: Followed by a 3-run triple.

EDIT 2: Followed by a run scoring bloop.

It's early but five hits and four runs ain't too freakin' good.

Beckett was alright, not too good but not too bad, he allowed one run, two hits in two innings. Buchholz was picking up right where he left off, no hits allowed in two innings of work.

its still too early though.

Sounds like they plan on using Ellsbury/Pedroia/Crawford as their top 3 hitters today. A sign of things to come?

everyone predicted that, & I like it that way, better than having a good player play at the bottom of the order.

Talksox has had a lot of mixed opinions about it. I think that lineup is probably for the best, although I'm not exactly sure what to do about the #6 spot.

Sounds like Oki last season... <_>

He'll strictly be a LOOGY at this point. Face 1-2 lefty and get pulled.

Hit in the head by a pop-up? Was this in a game?

The ball that struck Beckett was hit by Red Sox staffer Ino Guerrero, who was standing in the outfield hitting shagged balls with a fungo bat back to a bucket behind second base when one got away from him during batting practice.
