That's a good pick Jbay, although I think that this past game had a lot to do with it. That being said, I was surprised that he wasn't taken already.

Kilo is up.

Yeah, I was thinking about taking Britt earlier but decided to wait, I was surprised after yesterdays game he wasn't taken earlier today. I figured if I wanted him I had to take him now or else he'd be gone.

I can tell you that I wouldn't have taken him with either of my picks, but that's not because of Britt or anything, or because I think other WR's are better, I just have 3 WR's already and I had a different idea for a direction to take those picks. So you might have had him with your next pick depending on what Kilo and RSFFL choose, but he's still a good pick now.

I have a feeling I'm about to take one of the guys YH is talking about. Bess was going to be my slot guy but I'll have to settle on another guy who is pretty underrated and has really good hands, and in this offense he'll have plenty of space to operate in.

Jerricho Cotchery, WR

I remember Yankees228 talking about how this is the time where a lot of risks are made, and I couldn't agree more. The next player that I'm taking, I really like, and I've waited many rounds to take, however the fact that he hasn't been taken yet makes me feel that this is still quite a reach, but with only so many picks left, (and the fact that I lost out on Osi Umenyiora and Kyle VandenBosch by taking Steve Smith) that it's more important to make sure I have the guy I want than to pick another guy because I think he'll fall down to me.

In any case, I select Terrence Cody DT

RSFFL selects Bart Scott ILB

and Stephen Neal RG

and I follow it up by taking Ryan Lilja RG

You're up again Kilo

No opinion on the Cody pick Y228?

My fault, only scanned through the thread really quick to see if it was my pick. I'm an Alabama fan, so I love Terrence Cody. He's solid against the run, and he'll always be revered in Tuscaloosa because of the block vs. Tennessee.

As for the pick, I like it. As you said, it's a risk, but it does seem like an appropriate time. As long as he stays in shape, his size is good, and his ability to absorb double teams is extremely valuable. Just one negative observation though - there were times the last couple years where it seemed like he wasn't even on the field, so I have questioned his motor during his time at Bama. The talent is definitely there though.

Lots of ways I can go with this pick. I'm hoping the two other guys I've targeted make it back to menbut I have a feeling they won't.

I need a guy who has a nose for the end zone as my 2nd RB. I need a guy who runs hard between the tackles. I need a guy who was an all world talent before hurting his knee in his last college game.

Willis McGahee, RB

I wouldn't worry too much about it. At this point, with only a few picks remaining, I think that it is a lot more likely that people will get who they want because most teams have different needs remaining. The only exception is some of the specialty positions at the end, and in that case, there isn't much of a difference between a lot of those players, so many of the posters will take the matching player from their favourite team anyway.
