Why do you always make things about me? Just sayin'.

Who else am I to make it about when you are the one that appears to be inconsistent in what you call sound managerial philosophy? Help me out here.

You are mistaking commentary for philosophy. I never said that I wanted to trade him at any time during the last few seasons. I, in fact, did not want to trade him in the last two years. I would have been as wrong as the FO. Please limit your commentary to a discussion of the moves and not your perception of my philosophy. It's boring.

Two can play at that game. Please limit your commentary to concepts you find valid. When you bring up archaic quotes from when you were in diapers but don't really agree with them, it's boring.

"Tits lit" would be the best way to describe it.

Last night Eckersley chuckled and said he's going to have to get used to pitching at elevation, but if he keeps pitching like that he's going to have to get used to wearing a cervical collar.

Anybody else kind of feel bad about how this went down? I know I said he was an ******* and all (in high school), but he was a Boston kid who just sort of lost it. He was never an elite setup guy, but he was pretty good. Now he has to go to the other side of the country, I know its a business but there is a human aspect to it. I am sure he was devastated being traded from the club he grew up watching.

When they have "Christmas at Fenway" to kick off the ticket selling for the upcoming season, he has always showed up and given autographs and been really great with the fans. I wish him the best.
