Meh, not really. MDC came into the season as our 6 inning guy for the most part. If he can regain his effective results it's a big bonus. Can't put everything on his shoulders just because the pen s*** the bed so far.

I missed the game. Did Buccholz pitch at a faster tempo tonight? He got great results.

I wasn't timing the period between pitches. But he did appear to be moving at a brisk pace. He did not have any real problems with men on base so that certainly made things go faster.

 

He did look very good tonight. Especially for s*** kicking rube with an IQ under 100.
