Should be quite a series. Did Magic fans have a preference for the Cavs or Celtics? I think the Celtics match up a lot better than the Cavs would ... I think you would have steamrolled Cleveland.

Shaq would have been dominated by Howard and while Perkins Showed last year during the playoffs he can play with him somewhat.

Perkins doesn't get pushed around. He'll make you punch him in the face before he lets someone bump him out of the way with their body.

 

Orlando's perimeter shooting is what's lethal though. They have the tremendous inside presence and then the shooters to compliment it. They also cover a lot of the floor on defense to contest shots. They're more well-rounded than the Magic are but have the edge in experience and veteran presence. I expect a big series from big Vince.

It's never easy at this stage of the playoffs but the Magic have had slightly better success against the Cavs. Boston matches up very well and is always a challenge. I'm sure they'll make it a very interesting series. Buckle up boys, game on...

I have been watching the game. Rondo is definitely the spark plug of this team IMO. Perkins-Rondo-Garnett-Pierce-Allen is a great starting lineup.

 

Tony Allen has been a big lift and Sheed is amazing so far tonight.
