Wait.....Who do you want to win? Twins?

Who doesn't want the Twins to win? :thumbdown

Go Twinkies!

What are you talking about?

Read what you wrote and I wrote...

I don't think the Twins are you going to win.

That is why I put " I don't think that is going to happen."

I don't get the love for the Tigers.

The consensus is that the Tigers have a better chance to beat the Yankees.

Porcello has an excellent fastball so far today.

1.) It's close

2.) The Twins hold a season series edge

3.) When someone says "What are you talking about?", it's usually a rhetorical question

I understand that.

But the Tigers will get blown out by the Yankees.

The Twins have the season series edge against the Tigers, they're hot, and the Yanks had to come from behind to beat them in almost every game of the first series they played. Twins played the Yanks tough back then, it's a different team now, but the Twins are atleast hot, whereas the Tigers kind of s*** the bed to allow this playoff to happen.

Probably so, but I'll take my chances with Justin Verlander starting one, maybe two games than I would with anything Minnesota has to offer. The Twins might as well save our time and forfeit if they win.

They played the Yankees tough earlier in the season, and are hot right now, like I said before, I think they have the better chance.

I think the Tigers are the best chance to make the Yankees series go 5 games and maybe even beat them. I would like to see someone beat up on them and have the series go at least 5 games so if the Sox do their job they can have a day or two to rest. That is if the Sox can take care of their business and beat the Angels in 3 or 4 games.

In my opinion all that stuff is rather irrelevant. The Twins might be better than the Tigers, but the Tigers have a better chance to win a short series.

Probably, but you don't think the Twins are going to get blown out either? They have NO pitching at all.

The Twins don't have the pitching to contain the Yankees.

Don't let the Twins fan inside you cloud your judgment.

They went 0-7 against the Yankees this year. I don't care how tough they play them, they always invent new ways to lose to them and it pisses me off. While I don't necessarily expect much from either team, I like Detroit's chances much better due to Verlander.

Gardenhire fears the Yankees.
