Adam Mills to Pawtucket

I have no read at all on this guy. From the SP scouting report it sounds like a cross between Justin Masterson and Brian Bannister. He's never put up decent numbers in the minors -- and yet here he is in Pawtucket having risen pretty rapidly through the system. Is there anything to this guy? Or is he just a placewarmer?

Pawtucket is pretty much a wash with players who will never be in the Majors. It seems like the Red Sox don't even waste time with players in AAA and most of their development takes place at AA.

Great command, but weak stuff. I don't see anything other than middle relief fodder.
