Broken bat followed the ball to SS, Nick Green stuck with it as long as he could, but had to get out of the way of the bat and the ball went through into LF.

It was funny how the bat stuck into the ground standing straight up.

With a man on first and one down, there was a broken bat ground ball to short. The barrel of the bat arrived before the ball and Green had to duck and deflect the bat. The ball rolled into left center with the base runner advancing to third.
