I think the Celtics do everything in their power (within reason) to keep Davis. Shelden Williams is not a good player, he's injury insurance at best.

I don't think he's a replacement... But with Wallace aboard, getting Baby's minutes (plus some)I don't know if Davis wants to stick around for the very limited time he'd be getting.
