Well, at least I can watch House and 24. Although, having missed yesterday's game, I'd rather be watching Red Sox baseball. I think the game will be played later tonight. It's drizzling in the Bronx.

Jesus, getting a weather update for this is a lot more annoying than one would expect. The Globe has nothing. None of the NY papers have anything. ESPN posters think by 9pm. Nesn saying anything???

I was at one of the longest rain delays in the history of the Red Sox, it was a day game that was supposed to start at 1:05. The game didn't start until after 7:00 and of course, the "updates" were all the same "Thanks for your patience, we are doing everything to get this game underway, blah blah blah".

It is annoying, to be sure. But only so because we are addicts. I sat in the right field grandstands for three hours waiting for the game to begin. That was before I was old enough to buy beer! Vida Blue vs. Sonny Siebert. Sox lost!
