"Full body throwing motion" they call it....

 

Because he uses his whole body in perfect balance while pitching, and even though that delivery seems pretty harsh, it's actually pretty smooth and he repeats it pretty consistently.

 

However, my problem with Lincecum is the amount of punishment he subjects his elbow to while generating torque to throw his breaking ball.....

 

But hey, i'm no pitching coach.....
