Ok, hockey fans. Who's interested in a fantasy league? I've never played fantasy hockey before, and I haven't followed the leauge since about '97 or so. That said, I'll be an active league member, and I have the Versus channel this year. Let me know if there are enough of you interested to create a league and I will.

How exactly would this league work? I don't really follow hockey all that close but I think a fantasy league could be fun. I'm guessing it would rank the players for you right? And would this be total points or head to head?

It's head to heat. Scoring is G, Asst, +/-, Penalty Mins, Power Play Pts, SOG for skaters. Then W, GAA, Sv%, Shut Outs for goalies.

Work took me out of town the last 3 days. I'll also be out of town the first 3 days of next week (autopick draft for me). I've invited msubulldogs to join as our 10th member. Anyone else on this site interested? If not, I'll shut it down at 10 after msu joins.

Admittedly I don't know a ton about hockey so a lot of my picks will be semi-guesses and such, but it should be fun anyway. I'm familiar with a good amount of players, just don't know what makes so and so better than the next guy. The draft oughta be fun.

i'm on there... hopefully i'll be at the draft, i've got boatloads of work this week (2 papers, 3 tests, and quiz), so i'll be half paying attention half studying.

Sorry Gom, you were odd man out. We couldn't hold the draft with an odd number of teams, and as of last night there were only 10 signed up, so I closed it off because I would be traveling for business today.
