We need to make some ground in the division race - not much time left any more.

 

The way bats suck at road is pathetic. We can never take advantage of runners in SP.

 

I hate Tek. Lowell should be on DL. I don't what Ortiz's issue is - his hand or Manny.

Biggest problem in the lineup is Mr. Captain. He won't sit down and you can't pinch hit for him. I hate to say this but unless he is on DL - no way Sox makes the play-offs.

Do you think he was using steroids? He was in the pre Mitchell report but not the actuall one. Theres noway he can drop off this much.

Saying anything about Tek in RSN is sacrilegious - you will be vilified immediately. There is no way in hell that Nixon and Tek did not take it. But at the same time - that does not discount him that he used to be a great player and he has done yeoman's service for this club.

 

I do not view taking steroid in that era a crime. It was not unlawful and everyone else were doing it. It is hard to keep up with others if you do not do it.

This is such a un motovated team they are asleep out there. Even if this isn't Magadans fault the team needs a good kick in the ******* and firing a coach can do that. Hey if it can work for the Mets why not us?

Papi looks awful. He doesnt seem to have the bat speed to catch up to a good fastball and anything off speed is buckling his knee.

 

Also, DMats has to be the luckiest pitcher in all of baseball.

right on cue. another hit for ortiz, 2-3 tonight.

 

and dice-k always manages to wiggle out of tight spots, no doubt that there is a lot of skill required to get those DP ground balls each time. yes, he walks alot of batters but they are not "bad" walks.
