My White Sox now officially have the slowest outfield in Major League Baseball.

 

Griffey has lost several steps, Jermaine Dye has lost even more, and when you see Carlos Quentin running, that is not in slow motion.

 

I would've loved to have acquired Junior ten years ago.

P.S. I heard that Reds GM Walt Jocketty says that Masset could possibly be a fifth starter. That might work in the National League, where they could pinch hit for him before he starts getting hit.

 

Judging by the few starts he's made as a member of the White Sox, he can get through five innings. After that, there's a fight in the general vicinity of the bat rack.
