I just remembered something - Tito's interview with Michael Kay before the Yankee series.I think Tito said something like:

 

You know Michael - it is hard for us to loose all these 1 run games. It is almost like you can't afford to make any mistakes. But in past years - we made the same mistakes. Difference is - we had that guy who could hit the 3 run home-run that can change the game with one swing. This is just not happening this year.
