Failure to appear to court for probation violation. He was later released on $20,000 bond. It dates back to 99 when he had a DUI, very surprising

He's supposed to be honored by the Hyde Park Lions Club in West Roxbury tomorrow night.

Nice. I work in a probation office starting in March, and apparently I get to put Red Sox players and Patriots players into cells while the officers themselves figure out what to do with them.

 

Maybe I'll get to see one every now and then....

Cora's the man? May be in some parallal world he is winning MVP award - not here.

 

I do not want anything bad happen to him personally and certainly don't hate him - but I think big reason of our last years post season success is starters were healthy - so no Hinske or Cora on the field. Let's just keep it that way.

Yes, because he's a bench player. You need to have the right expectations for guys. You can't expect a Cora to mash.

One of the better bench players in the game.....most winning teams look to improve on weaknesses......since most winning teams are all set 1-9, they either look to the bullpen, or bench.....Cora has done a very nice job securing this spot for a number of years. As long as hes on our team.....we have one less thing to improve because of his solid glove and an occasional hit here or there (which is all most teams really ask for from bench players, unless we are talking about pinch hitters, which he clearly is not).
