This series can obviously go either way. But I'm with MANNYHOF24, can only focus on game 6 right now!

If Fox keeps playing the Kevin Millar "Cowboy Up" commercial, we should be fine!

This is getting ahead of ourselves' date=' I am going to focus on game 6 personally.[/quote']

How so?

It's a legitimate question that deserves discussion.

Much better now that you changed the title of the thread. :D

My favorite is The Boston Red Sox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think the Guardians, we will be at home but we will have either dice k or wakefield startign that game. It seems too much to overcome.

of course i hope im wrong

if it goes 7 , i like our chances

No way in hell westbrook shuts us down again , especially this one at fenway , dice k will give us 5 this time and the BP will shut the door

If we win Game 6...all hands are on deck for Game 7.

Fact is, I think all of the pressure lies on Cleveland now. FOX was saying how before the game there were Guardians players quoted saying "We don't want to go back to Boston."

In all honesty, we're down 3-2 but it could very easily be the other way around. This series has been unbelievably close and I expect Game 6 to be just like that.

I have Lester at the ready if Schilling falters. Look, I don't usually buy into the "We've been there" approach, but this team has the experience. The Guardians do not.

How So? We need to win game six in order for there to be a game seven. I don't see why there needs to be premature game 7 disscussion until that game is definately going to happen.

First of all, thanks for clearing any lingering questions I had about how the series format works up.

Second of all. Winning Game 6 is a very real, very viable possibility for the Red Sox, don't you agree?

If that is indeed the case, then there is a good chance of there being a Game 7. My question is if the Red Sox manage to win Game 6, who would the favorite be for the Game 7?

I'm not discussing the game in and of itself aside from the fact that if it were to happen, who would the favorite be.

I see what your saying, but I don't personally want to talk about game 7 until there is going to be one. Thats just the way I feel. Why get ahead of ourselves? We still have the daunting task of taking on Fausto Carmona. If we win tommorow night, then the discussion will be more realistic.

f*** you guys, I'm focusing on game three against the Rockies...

Obviously the focus is on game six... and had Kilo neglected to insert the most important word, "if", then you could get on him. But right now, it's a hypothetical situation and he presented it as such... so why get on him?. Game six is a winnable game and if they were to win, the Red Sox would have to be the favorites in game seven. They'd have the momentum, the home field advantage, and that Beckett kid, whom I hear is quite decent, available for relief if they absolutely needed him.

Now lets talk game seven. I think DiceK is going to bring it tommorow. I just have a feeling that he is going to give a special performance leading us to the World Series. Also don't be suprised if Ortiz has something to do with the outcome of this game. He is due for something big.

Westbrook against a struggling DMats? You guys have your hands full.

Westbrook might have had success against Boston but that was in Jacobs Field with the towels going crazy. He now has to face this rolling offense at Fenway Park. And once Dice-K gets in any trouble the Sox will have Beckett at their disposal to lock this game down

along with every capable bullpen arm since the bats and Schilling allowed us to have all hands on deck tonight
