This is Tito's fault. Gagne has SUCKED since joining the sox. Putting Paps out in the 9th during the day game when we had a 4 run lead was a BAD move. If Tito had saved him like I wanted' date=' he could have closed the night game and we probably would have won the game by now. Tito can't manage a game.[/quote'] just on problem with that theory, titos a dumbass

Papelbon is strong, he could have gone no problem tonight. I think it's time to take the kid gloves off. Okijima better become the 8th inning guy again immediately. I can't believe Gange has sucked so bad. He has single handedly cost us 3 games in the standings in the last week. What a waste of a roster spot. No more big situations for Gange, ever. I can't f***ing believe we are going to lose this game. We finally have so magic and Gange just pops a hole in the ballon.

Gagne appears to have a little rent-a-wreck in him, becuase he is great in a city where there's no pressure...come to boston and crap the bed

If Gagne ever sees a tight spot at the end of the game, tito will start getting lots of heat. I can't believe we come back big over a great bullpen only to see our pen crap the bed

Can an umpire kick a manager for the rest of the season?

Oh I know, Youk fouled that off, but if Tito was such a f***ing Idiot, we would be celebrating a win right now.

Do you ever come here when you don't have something to bitch about? Nothing bothers me more than seeing you absent and then showing up when things are about to implode.

And this is not Tito's fault. It's Gagne's fault.

BTW, does anyone realize that it seems like it's always the same umpire that annoys the f***ing hell out of Tito?

I was saying for Tito so sit the f*** down cause this is HIS fault. He could have avoided this by saving his f***ing closer. But no' date=' god forbit Tito does something f***ing smart.[/quote']

He took the win that was presented in front of him. It was the right thing to do.

God forbid you take your pink hat off for one second.

It wasnt the pen, it was one guy and that was Gagne. This one guy is responsible for 3 losses in the past week.

I'm sorry, I don't think its smart to use your dominant closer in a 4 run lead during the first game of a DH. Its just f***ing stupid. And now your looking at the consequence. I saw this coming the second Tito let Paps go back out into the 9th earlier today.

I guess Francona's thinking... today's the day Gagne is gonna turn it around..

That guy seriously needs to find himself cause there is something not right with him, and Tito should have known better.

Schil, I'm pretty sure MDC or Timlin could have given us 1 inning without giving up more than 3 runs. Hell, I don't think either of them have given up more than 3 runs during any single outing thus far. Theres a reason why a save situations is a 3- run lead. And yes, Paps went into the game in the 8th in a save situation and he would still get the save, but for christs sake, you don't need your best pitcher to win a 4-run game with only 1 inning to go.

He shouldnt have argued the obvious blown call because he brought out Gagne? He's a manager, he has to come out and argue every play that looks sketchy as this one and the Drew "double HR". Also it backs up his players

Eric Gange is this years Rudy Seanez. Seriously think about, both pitchers used to throw about 100, now they throw 92-93, both used to have nasty offspeed stuff but now it's just marginal. So let's let him work in blowouts only at this point.

I missed ealier...what's this "double HR" everyone is talking about?

Tito coming out to argue the blown call was too little too late. HE could have effected the out come of this game hours ago.

I didn't even see the beggining of the game, and even I know your an idiot!
