Your disdain for him probably outweighs mine. I like that he can provide adequate defense at 2B or SS and can lay down a bunt or hit it to the right side from the bottom of the order. We could have better, but much better and they would be demanding to play every day. Cora is easy for the team to deal with and fills his role nicely. He's just not a very good hitter.

It's got to be hard to be Dwayne Staats. I mean, he's calling games for the Devil Rays. You really have to search for good things to say when it comes to hometown ball washing when the team has been around 10 years and won less than 40% of its games. I will give Dwayne credit, though.
