may have been mentioned before but does anyone have a guess as to when lester is gonna be called back up?

not anytime soon , he hasent been affective in the minors , so theres no point of bringing him back

wouldn't shock me to see Buchholz leapfrog Lester. also wouldn't shock me to see Lester stay in Triple A until 2008. after all, the kid is coming back from cancer and reasonable expectations should suggest that he would stuggle a bit

Lester had a good outing last night, but he is still too inconsistent. He still isnt throwing enough strikes. For his sake, the Lester project 07 should have the plug pulled and start focusing on the Lester in 08 campaign.

depends on the drugs used. Some never recover. But we are talking about a prime level athlete going through chemo and then trying to recover back to being a prime level athlete. It could take awhile.
