This has nothing to do with Arod concerning the Red Sox 3B position, but its amazing how much hes cooled off since April. I remember people saying how Arod could possibly break the HR record in a season but in May he has 1 HR and 5 RBI after 14 HR and 34 RBI in April and has a .679 OPS in May, ouch

Id much rather have Lowell. Hes had two .800+ OPS seasons, one last year and one 4 years before in 2002. But hes mostly been what his career OPS indicates, a .751 OPS guy. And hes made Bobby Abreu look good this year.

Money depends on what way we go. Alot of big contracts expire and it depends who gets resigned and who doesnt. For sure Clement and his 10mil will be gone
