Yep. Very good game. I hope that those who talked s*** about dice realize that he's a special pitcher. How many complete games do we see in a season? 2, 3? Great job for him, good job by the offense to take care of him.

Dice's next start is a pitchers duel as ever, taking on John Smoltz and the Braves

Something interesting about our offense. they have scored 29 runs onver the last 4 games, all that while not hitting any homeruns. Ill keep saying it, I f***ing love this team

Smoltz got hurt tonight. He collided with Austin Kearns and hurt his hand.

Dice-K officially became a Red Sox tonight

Take that to jive to mfyfans.com. Dice was "officially a Red Sock" in December.

Great win. Good team. It's all roses right now.

Those are the old stats, the new ones are 1st in the MLB in runs scored and the least amount of runs allowed in the Majors. o ya

So Smoltz will be out for his next start?

Most likely. He collided with Austin Kearns, rolled over in obvious pain, looked at his hand, and slammed his glove down out of frustration. Word has it that it's a dislocated pinky. If this is true, the Sox got out of facing Bonderman and Smoltz in this stretch. That's huge.

And it's awesome that Tavarez's start will most likely come against Mike Maroth. With our offense clicking the way it has and with Tavarez's recent performances, we have a chance to win that one as well.

GOD I LOVE THIS TEAM.

Tomorrow will be one hell of a pitching match-up:

Verlander (3-1, 2.83) @ Wakefield (4-3, 1.79)

if I remember correctly, the last time wake faced the tigers, they hit 7 solo homers and still lost. As for Maroth, the Tigers are 7-0 in his starts.
