Anyone read this? Johnny Pesky isnt allowed in the dugout. I mean, who gives a flying f*** if an 87 yr old Boston legend wants to sit in the dugout or not. Yogi comes in all the time and takes a seat. you mean Scooter can't come down either? This is just dumb. Have one spot open for when the legend is in town. The fans will like it, and this is what the game is all about right? The fans? Garagiola can kiss my ass.

I could really care less to be honest with you. I think he'll be fine sitting in the seat of his choice every game of the season. I definitely don't feel bad for him for that.

That Jackass Mazzilli was the first one to complain to the league in 2004 towards the end of the year when the Orioles were all but eliminated. Pesky got banned from the dugout for the rest of the season and pre-season. I was glad when Mazzilli got s***-canned by the Orioles and the Yankees.

Ya i remember that.....i always hated Mazilli for that, but he got what he deserved!

They are *******s, they say "what if everyone wants to do something like that?" Sox have been doing it for awhile

Here's a cold quote from Grady #$^&*% Little

"It'll break his heart, but a lot of us in the game of baseball get our hearts broken every once in a while, anyway," said Los Angeles Dodgers manager Grady Little, who managed the Red Sox for two seasons.

---

Also, they leave the Sox with a disadvantage as matsuzaka's interpreter is not allowed to come to the mound

This message is for Mr. Henry (owner).

Please let Mr. Pesky sit in the dugout during the games. I suggest you pay his first fine (violation) to the league office until the "Pesky Fund" is self sufficient.

My idea is that collection boxes be established throughout the ballpark so that the fans can contribute to pay for all league fines levied against Mr. Pesky. I tnink the REd Sox fans will more than offset the tarriffs by the league. I think national sentiment will soon overtake this rule, Exception can be made and should be. If any money is left over it should go to Mr. Pesky's favorite charity.

That's the dumbest idea I've ever heard in my life.

I dont think the RedSox want JP around.. they are just tring to have MLB get his Depends wearing ass of the bench' date=' without making the Sox look bad.[/quote']Why would they want to get rid of Pesky... the players treat him like their grandfather and the fans love him?

you are correct sir. You bet your ass that if Teddy ballgame was still around and they told him he couldnt sit in the dugout, he'd take a big s*** on the commissioner's desk and then punch the guy in the face.

ahh teddy and the sox had a love hate relationship

teddy wasnt as beloved as many like to proffess

this is the guy who hit .400 twice and didnt win the mvp,he was left off a couple writers ballots entirley

He was a respectable man too. I had a ton of respect for Teddy. 2 tours of duty and just may have been the best hitter that ever lived. The fact that the sox didnt have him be the face of the front office or be the toast of Boston is beyond me. As good as Papi is, Teddy was world's better. It kinda reminds me of the treatment of Manny. Once in a generation talent who gets crucified for wiping his ass a certain way. What else do you want?
