Thomas Jones to the Jets

Great trade for the Jets. Now they have that RB they need as they work towards a resurgence in the AFC East.

Great pickup by the Jets. Without Thomas Jones the Bears don't sniff the Super Bowl, in my opinion. One of my favorite RB's in the League -- glad to see him off of one of my least favorite teams.

Cedric Benson really emerged last year, and will be a very good starting RB in the NFL.

I mean last year they wouldn't have made it to the Super Bowl if not for Thomas Jones, in my opinion. I don't think they would this upcoming year even with him, though. I love this pickup for the Jets. It improves their team by a great deal. Good answer to what the Patriots have done this off-season.

Jones and Washington in the backfield means Mangini gets to use the Pats offensive approach. A small burner back who can catch passes out of the backfield. And a feature back to run the ball. The Jets are looking like the patriots more and more every day. Good for them.
