This is one of the reasons when people ask me if I miss living in America I say no. And i'm actually upset with the Sox too, bitching about something this trivial. Im living in Holland and there is very little sensorship for anything here, theres nudity on regular tv, swearing, all kinds of different ads and commercials and theres no more violence, drunk driving ect here then there is in America probably even less. Now they want to bitch and wine because theres an ad with Dice K downing a beer. What the f*** is the world coming too?

I hear ya. The snickers commercial is getting pulled too. American censorship just makes things worse. And now we have to worry about all these sensitivity groups that you never actually knew existed. Like the fat people association, GLAAD, PETA, NAMBLA, NAACP, ABCXQ, OIUHIGYFUTF and the like. I don't see them bitching. A) Its illegal to have a ball player drink beer in commercials, B ) They didn't know about the commercials C) he's wearing their uniform. D) THey said they will probably be more careful in the FUTURE. No big deal.

Pack your bags then buddy, I ahve like 4 coffeshops by where I live, and theres like 400 in Amsterdam, and you can smoke in all of them! In fact you can smoke while walking down the street, no one cares here. It not completely legal but the way the law works is you can buy up to 5 grams in a coffe shop, but if the cops ever give you crap(which is very unlikely) the worst they can do to you is give you a ticket which is like a parking ticket! It f***ing rules!

Im living in Huizen right now, its like 20 Minute train ride from Amsterdam, of course you can drive across the hole country in like 3 hours LOL But live here and you will wonder why you ever lived anywhere else! I read an article and theres like 15K+ Americans living in Amsterdam, not sure about the hole country.
