they put that bears team#2 of all time??

my god

talk about ballwashing

forget about #s for a moment

lets simply mention the qb and wide out positions

mcmahon sucked, flat out sucked his entire career

willie gault could run but couldnt catch

im not a denver guy nor will i be ever

but the 98 broncos wouldve beat this team

the cowboys of the early 90s would beat this team

our patriots of 04 wouldve beat this team

any of the 49er teams with their balance wouldve handled these guys

they had no balance

they played great defense but outside payton they had no offense

shula had the remedy to handle their pass rush by floating a pocket

if dan marino could roll out on these guys elway and montana wouldve eaten em up

i think that 85 dolphin team wouldve beaten these guys in new orleans

maybe not in chicago in january but in the warmth of a dome they could play with them

that pats team was taylor made for the bears

champagne tony eason was a f***ing twat who wet himself under pressure

The balanced 49er team was 5th in points scored and 2nd in points allowed that season. They played that Bear team in SF that year and got spanked 26-10, with Montana. I don't think that Bear team is overrated. Sure, their offense left something to be desired, but it was one of the all-time best defenses ever.

Well, Super Bowl is coming up and I'll get the discussion started, I suppose. The NFL recently unveiled the logo for, apparently, the 1987 Super Bowl to be held February 3, 2007 in Glendale, Arizona. The stadium itself looks like something out of the future... the logo looks like something out of the 80's.

I also found the odds to win Super Bowl XLII. The notable ones... Patriots 10/1, Broncos 15/1, Colts 7/1, Bears 8/1, Browns 100/1

As for the game itself, the Colts (+7) will cover the spread. This has the potential to be a very ugly Super Bowl. If the Colts get some breaks early and get out to a fairly big lead, I think the Colts will win big since Chicago will have to start passing more. If the Bears get out to a big lead, the Colts have the potential to come back.

Next year's Super Bowl is tomorrow?;)
