I just hope that the next commissioner isn't former Cubs chief Andy MacPhail (who is now working in the MLB office).

 

One of the hosts on WSCR here in Chicago, Mike Murphy, calls him Andy The Clown (after a former longtime White Sox mascot) and plays a really funny clown sound. As a White Sox fan, I should be offended, but the sound is too damn funny.
