NFL Picks Contest Week -7

Great Monday Night game. We had seven members in the running, and for the second week in a row, prizes were awarded. Remember, you don't have to be a football "expert". Just make some picks. It's free, fun, and easy. Here are the rules :

--Entries close Saturday 10/21/06 @ 6:00 PM EST

--You must have 100 posts or more to enter.

--There must be at least 15 entrants in at least one category.

--Winners must contact me by PM with their name and address.

--Use the templates provided ( any edits/corrections use your original post and post the changes so that I can make a correction on the Master list ). Templates are provided in the start of the thread. I'll also make and maintain a Master list of the picks for Monday Night Football Total Points in the second post on page 1.

--Please examine the Master List before and after you post your selections. This is to avoid duplicate Tie Breaker picks ( which pretty much negates the purpose ). Duplicates picks in any other category are fine.

--Indicate when you pick if you're just playing for fun ( I assume everyone else is playing for prizes ).

--Select your picks in BOLD.

You can pick up to three picks ( one in each category ).

There are three Prize Categories :

1) Spread Category : You're picking the favorite or the underdog. Choose the favorite then you're giving the points to the underdog. Conversely, choose the underdog and you get the points.

2) Straight Category : Very simple, just pick the winner.

3) Total Monday Night Football Points Scored : It's very easy, pick the total number of points that you think will be scored by both teams. This total is not only a separate prize Category, but also serves as a tie breaker in the other Categories. Hence, there will be no ties allowed. To win $25 you must be exact. Meaning that if you pick 40 the total points scored must be 40, other wise it's just for the tie breaker.Again check the Master list before and after you post.

The Prizes are : $ 25 for each Category* ( * your total must be exact on MNF total points )

The purpose of this contest is to have some fun, bragging rights, and a little pocket money. So have fun and if you have questions, post them or PM me.
